Following many requests, Adam King will be running a special workshop with oil paints.Over a day and a half, you will be working on a still life piece under Adam’s expert guidance. Adam will advise participants on preparation, sizing, the concept of under/overpainting and good working practice, with the versatile medium of oil paints. The workshop will be held over one and a half days to enable drying times and opportunity to produce a well crafted final piece. 

About your tutor:

Adam King is an accomplished painter and has undertaken many residencies throughout Yorkshire. His work has been exhibited numerous times, including at the Yorkshire Open and Royal Academy. As a tutor, Adam has a wealth of experience as a course leader of art and design at foundation, degree and post-graduate level.
