About the Class:
So often our life seems to be governed by the needs of others. Whether that is work, family or community. What might happen is that we tend to push our own needs to the bottom of the "To Do" list.
By making "inward-investment" a priority, we can become more resilient and gain a greater sense of self-worth. This short weekly programme will give you a step-by-step plan and toolkit to help you develop positive self-care habits, that will last a lot longer and pay greater dividends than our regular New Year's resolutions.

SESSION 3 – What Next Monday 29th January 2-4pm
