About the Class:

Join Janet Fraser in this morning session to make a beautiful stained glass pumpkin using smooth and textured coloured glass!

In this workshop you will be taught how to cut glass safely, grind and shape the glass on a machine, copper foil and then solder to a high standard.

We will have different shades of orange to choose from for the pumpkin body which you will cut and shape. A loop can be added to hang your pumpkin. The curly metal work will be prepared for you in advance as this can be fiddley for beginners.

If you need reading glasses please bring them!

Suitable for complete beginners and beyond.

  • All materials and equipment.

  • Qualified and experienced Tutor.

  • You will be greeted with a hot tea or coffee and biscuits on arrival, drinks are available throughout the session.
