About the Class:
If you think you can’t paint - think again! In this session you will be taken through each step of composition, colour mixing and brush strokes to build a masterpiece. Using Matisse's distictive use of bright and contrasting colours we will paint “The Cat with Red Fish” by Henri Matisse.
A canvas, paint and brushes are all provided, all you have to do is bring your enthusiasm, passion and an apron! You will paint a stretched canvas using acrylic paints and your masterpiece will be ready to take home at the end of the session.
No experience is needed as you will be guided through the process.

Qualified and experienced Tutor.
You will be greeted with a hot tea or coffee and biscuits on arrival, drinks are provided throughout the session.
Most people attend these workshops alone and make friends with like-minded people on the day, so please don’t worry about coming solo!
About your Tutor
Amanda is a multi-crafter and foremost a textile artist. She explores surface texture and enjoys colour and pattern.
She is currently studying a Masters In Creative Practice and has successfully run workshops in many medias for many years. She is always excited to take people through a creative process.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
Cancellations one month before the event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations between one calendar month and 14 days before the event are non refundable but are applicable for rescheduling or you are free to send a substitute participant.
Cancellations up to and including 14 days before the event are non refundable. However you are free to send a substitute participant.
