About the Class:

So often our life seems to be governed by the needs of others. Whether that is work, family or community. What might happen is that we tend to push our own needs at the bottom of the "To Do" list.

By making "inward-investment" a priority, we can become more resilient and gain a greater sense of self-worth.  This short weekly programme will give you a step-by-step plan and a toolkit to help you develop positive self-care habits, this is a great opportunity to spring clean your mind.

Please note this class takes place in a room accessed by a flight of stairs.
